When I give M her bath, I sit on the edge of the tub with my feet in the tub with her. I’d so rather do that than sit on my knees next to the tub. Anway, I noticed one night after her bath that my feet were nicely soaked and clean like the first step of a pedicure.
So I’ll occassionally let my husband dry and pajama M up on his own after bathtime while I break out the pumice stone and get to work on what I call my rhino-hide feet. Sometimes, this is as far as I go, but if I want, I can also do a quick sugar scrub on my feet and lower legs and follow with some nice lotion. Later after M is down for the night, I can paint my toes. Works for me!

This is such an easy way to get in a treat I rarely get to have (at a salon anyway). Thanks for the tip. I can definitely make time for this!

Oh, I will SO be doing this. I never even thought of sitting with my feet in the tub — duh…I feel so stupid. And my cramped knees would give me a good kick in the pants if they weren’t so cramped!
