Just when I thought my day couldn’t get any stranger, I nearly hit a peacock trying to cross the road while driving home tonight.
Yep, I did a double take. We don’t see too many peacocks around here lately…ever!
It did manage to make it safely across the road after I went by. There’s just one thing still bothering me.
Why did the peacock cross the road?

Ah ha ha, too funny. It would be very strange here if a peacock crossed the road. I have never seen on in the wild before.

I saw one “in the wild” here in TN once. Only later I found out that a local judge kept them on his property and sometimes they wandered out. I was able to stop and get cool pictures of it, though!
